By the present Petition, the Petitioner has sought for the following substantive relief :

"a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue appropriate writ and/or order and/or direction directing the quashing of FIR No. 331 of 2025 registered under the provisions of Section 308(2) of B.N.S. registered by the Respondents No.1 at the instance of the Respondent No.2 on such terms as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

After this matter was heard for some time, Mr. Dubey, learned Advocate for the Petitioner sought for pass over to take instructions. After some time, the matter was taken up at his request. Mr. Dubey, learned Advocate for the Petitioner on instructions from the Petitioner craves leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file an application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at an appropriate stage. Mr. Khan, learned APP for the State submits that the charge-sheet is in the process of being filed. He does not object to the request made by Mr. Dubey, learned Advocate for the Petitioner. 3.

In view of the above, leave granted to withdraw present Writ Petition with the liberty as prayed. If any such application for discharge is filed before the trial Court at appropriate stage, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with the law.

Writ Petition No. 199 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as above.
