This writ petition has been filed with a number of prayers which at this stage cannot be adjudicated in a writ proceeding. 2.

Mr. Nishad Nevgi, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is a delivery boy who was subjected to custodial torture when he was in police custody.

However, the learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to produce the order-sheet of the jurisdictional Magistrate's Court or any other application moved by him making such an allegation. 4.

In view thereof, without reflecting on the merits of the contentions raised in this writ petition, the same is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Court by filing an appropriate application and if such an application is filed, notwithstanding any delay on the part of the petitioner, he shall be sent for medical examination forthwith.
