The order impugned in the present Petition is the detention order passed by the District Magistrate, Jalgaon. The present Petition is filed before this Court since the Petitioner is detained in the Yerwada Central Prison, Pune. 2.

In this situation, in consonance with the stand taken while issuing directions in Criminal Writ Petition (St) No.24572 of 2024, learned counsel Ms. Tripathi seeks transfer of this Petition to Aurangabad Bench.
