2025.01.27 18:19:34 +0530 to expedite the hearing of the trial in Criminal Case MAMTA AMAR KALE No.869/PW/2019 (MECR No.04 of 2015) pending before the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 47th Court, Esplanade, Mumbai. The learned counsel further submits that the applicant is a senior citizen, aged about 69 years old. The case has been pending since 2019, with no progress made in the trial after the charge sheet was filed in 2019. The crime was registered in the year 2015.

In view of that, the learned trial Court is requested to expedite the hearing of the trial and decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with the law.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
