The impugned order challenged is in the Application for stay filed in Appeal under the provisions of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

At the outset, Mr. Sarda, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that as the impugned order has been passed on the stay Application, he has instructions to withdraw the Writ Sonali

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.
