The order impugned in the present Petition is the detention order passed by the District Magistrate, Nandurbar. The present Petition is filed before this Court since the Petitioner is detained in the Nashik Central Prison, Nashik. 2.

Learned APP has raised a preliminary objection regarding the maintainability of this Petition before the Principal Digitally signed by MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date:

2025.02.28 16:33:48 +0530 Bench considering that the detention order was passed by the MANUSHREE NESARIKAR District Magistrate, Nandurbar. Learned APP relied on the order Nesarikar

2 / 2 15-WP-282-25.odt passed in Criminal Writ Petition (St) No.24572 of 2024, wherein in similar circumstances, the office was directed to transfer that Petition to Aurangabad Bench.

In this situation, in consonance with the stand taken while issuing directions in Criminal Writ Petition (St) No.24572 of 2024, learned counsel Ms. Tripathi seeks transfer of this Petition to Aurangabad Bench.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned APP, the office is directed to transfer the present Petition to Aurangabad bench at the earliest and in any event within a period of 10 days from today. (S. M. MODAK J.) (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.)
