2) Learned Advocate for Petitioners vide praecipes dated 9th September have placed on record photocopies of the receipts issued by their respective bank indicating that the said amount is deposited in the concerned bank account. The same is taken on record. 3) Learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 vide praecipe dated 10th September 2025 placed on record the certificate of the HDFC bank dated 9th September 2025 evidencing the payment of Rs. 12,00,000/- to the Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare Fund. The same is taken on record.

4) In view thereof, the directions issued by Order dated 12th August 2025 are complied with.
