P.C.:- 1) Learned APP, on instructions from the Superintendent, Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba submitted that, the Petitioner has withdrawn his Application for parole leave by its letter dated 14th August 2025, as a specific date for solemnizing marriage of his son is not yet fixed. 2) In view of the above, the Petition for parole leave on the ground of marriage of the son of Petitioner as on today does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
