Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The respective counsel for the parties, on instruction, submit that the parties are agreeable to explore the possibility of settlement through mediation. The parties suggested the name of Advocate Mr. S. G. Deshmukh to act as Mediator. Hence in order to explore the possibility of settlement, the matter is referred to Advocate Mr. S. G. Deshmukh. Mr. S. G. Deshmukh is requested to mediate in the matter and submit a mediation report within a 11th June 2025 R.V.Patil

36 WP.398.2025.doc period of six weeks. The Mediator is at liberty to charge the professional fees and it shall be borne by the parties, if any. 3.
