The younger brother of the Petitioner is missing since 1st August 2024. Till today, there is no trace of the missing person. There is no breakthrough in the search conducted by the Police.

Learned APP is directed to file a report of the efforts taken by the Police Officers, for finding the missing person. That report shall be filed before the next date with copy to learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The Police shall seriously consider the grievances Satish Sangar

Stand over to 20th February 2025.
