Learned A.P.P. states that inspite of getting anticipatory bail, the Petitioner has not co-operated with the investigation at all.

In this view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this Petition, since he has not approached the Court with clean hands and he is not co-operating with the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner is ready and willing to co-operate with the investigation.

Therefore, to see how the investigation progresses and to give one more chance to the Petitioner to co-operate with the investigation, today we are adjourning the matter. 5.
