After arguing this Petition for about 15 minutes, Mr. Anand Mishra, learned Advocate for the Petitioners sought a pass over to take instructions from the Petitioners. Petition was thereafter called out at 5.51 p.m.. At this juncture, Mr. Ashok Saraogi appears with Mr. Anand Mishra and submits that this Petition is not properly constituted and requires major amendment. Mr. Ashok Saraogi craves leave to withdraw this Talwalkar
