Mr. Hitesh Jain, learned Advocate for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners and the Respondents are seeking quashing of the present Petition by consent. He submits that all the parties to the Petition are not present in Court today and therefore requests for time till 13th January, 2026.

Mr. Hitesh Jain states that the Petitioner Nos. 2 & 3 are senior citizens and also suffering from medical ailments. He states that the Petitioner No. 7 is in her eighth month of pregnancy. He therefore requests for the appearance of the said three Petitioners through V. C. mode.

Ms. Ritu Srivastava, learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 and Ms. Pallavi Dabholkar, learned APP for the State, do not object to the request made by Mr. Hitesh Jain, learned Advocate for the Petitioners, for the appearance of Petitioner Nos. 2, 3 & 7 through V. C. mode, subject to their being identified by the Advocate and their Identity Cards being produced. Permission to appear through V. C. mode is granted to the Petitioner Nos. 2, 3 & 7.
