By the present Petition, the Petitioner has sought the following reliefs in terms of prayer clause (b), which reads in verbatim as under:- "(b) Quash and Set aside FIR bearing C.R. No.0051/2020, dated 27.03.2020 for the offence punishable under Section 184 of Motor Vehicle Act and 337, 338, 279 of I.P.C. registered with Sanpada Police Station, Navi Mumbai".

After hearing the matter for some time, Mr. Ashish Gaikwad, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, on instructions from the Petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition, with liberty to file an application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate Sharada
903-WP-478-2025.doc stage. Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned APP for the State, does not oppose the said request.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Ashish Gaikwad, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, leave is granted to withdraw the present Petition with liberty as prayed. If an application seeking discharge is filed before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage, the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 4.
