A limited grievance of the Petitioner in the Petition is that the trial in CC No.536/PW/2016 is not being concluded expeditiously. 3.

The Court is informed that CC No.536/PW/2016 is listed before the learned Magistrate on 17 December 2025.

Without delving into the correctness of the allegations in the Petition, since the trial in CC No.536/PW/2016 arises out of a crime registered in the year 2015, learned Magistrate, 37th Court, Esplanade, is requested to pass an order on charge within a period of two months from 17 December 2025, and, in the event, the charge is framed, commence and conclude the trial in CC No.536/PW/2016 within a period of one year from the date of framing of the SSP 1/2
