P.C. :- 1) Husband (Petitioner No.1); father-in-law (Petitioner No.2); mother-in-law (Petitioner No.3); brother-in-law (Petitioner No.4) and sisterin-law (Petitioner No.5) have filed present Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for quashing of C. R. No. 25 of 2024, registered with Khadakwasala Police Station, Pune City, dated 27th March 2024, under Sections 498-A, 313, 406 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, with consent of the Respondent No.2, the informant. 1.1) At the outset, learned Advocate for the Petitioners, on instructions submitted that till date the police have not filed charge-sheet in the present crime.

2) Learned Advocate for the Respondent No.2, on instructions concedes to the said fact.

3) Learned Advocate for the Respondent No.2 submitted that, the Petitioner No.1 and Respondent No.2 have settled their disputes and 2/3

DDR 31. WP 521-25.doc differences amicably and the Respondent No.2 has filed on record her Affidavit dated 10th March 2025. It is stated therein that, the Petitioners and Respondent No.2 have settled their disputes amicably and she does not want to hold any grudge against the Petitioners. In Paragraph No.4, she has given her no objection for quashing of the crime in question. 3.1) Though Respondent No.2 is personally not present in the Court, learned Advocate Ms. Bhagyashri Ranade submitted that, the Respondent No.2 has given her instructions to admit the contents of her Affidavit dated 10th March 2025 and to give her 'No Objection' for quashing of the crime in question.

4) In view of the above, Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
