Learned APP states that the Respondent No.4 is traced to Kerala. The Petitioner's case is that he is already married to the Respondent No.4 but her family members are not permitting her to reside with the Petitioner. The Respondent No.4 is an adult.

Considering this situation, it is necessary that directions are issued to the police officers to produce the Respondent No.4 in the Court to seek her response regarding the submissions made by learned counsel for the Petitioner. 4.

Hence, the following order:

:: O R D E R ::

i.

The concerned police officer of Kondhwa Police Station, Pune shall produce the Respondent No.4 in the Court on 25.2.2025.

ii.

Care should be taken that the Respondent No.4 is accompanied by a lady police officer. Safety of the Respondent No.4 would be the responsibility of the police officers.

iii.

Stand over to 25.2.2025.
