The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is restricting his prayer for expeditious disposal of the appeal pending before the Sessions Court at Dindoshi, Mumbai bearing Criminal Appeal No.369 of 2018. 3.

Given that the appeal has been pending since the year 2018, the learned Additional Sessions Judge is requested to expedite the hearing of the appeal.
