By the present Petition the Petitioner has sought following substantive relief in prayer clause (a) which read as under:- "a.
That this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to issue writ of mandamus or certiorari or writ in the like nature, thereby to quash and set aside the F.I.R. bearing C.R. No.183 of 2024 registered with Mhalunge MIDC Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under sections 376, 323 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 against the Petitioner and further to quash and set aside the impugned Chargesheet bearing No.115 of 2024 arising out of F.I.R. bearing C.R. No.183 of 2024 registered with Mhalunge MIDC Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under sections 376, 323 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 against the Petitioner". 2.
After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Ramaji Kotali, Sharada
24-WP-550-2025.doc appearing through Video Conferencing Mode, on instructions, from the Petitioner, crave leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage.

Request made by Mr. Ramaji Kotali, not objected by Ms. Pallavi, Dabholkar, learned APP for the Respondent-State. 4.
In view of the statement made by Mr. Ramaji Kotali, leave granted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. If such an application is filed, same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
