Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 5th February 2025. 3.

The Petitioner is also permitted to serve the Respondents before the learned Trial Court when CC No.19/DV/2022 is listed before the learned Trial Court. The Petitioner is also granted liberty to serve Mr. Vikas Tiwari along with Mr. Gopal Singh, learned Advocates who have appeared for the Respondent Nos.2 to 9 in earlier round of litigation. 4.

The above Order regarding service is passed as there is urgency and as the address of the Respondents mentioned in the cause title of the Writ Petition is at Uttar Pradesh.

The Petitioner also to serve the Respondent Nos.2 to 9 by personal service at their address shown in the cause title.
