Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, submits that the Petitioners, who are the victims of the offences alleged to be committed under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, have filed an application for further investigation before the Special Court. It is the grievance of the Petitioners that there is no substantial progress in the proceedings in the Special Case No. 175 of 2021. The learned Judge, Special Court is requested to hear and decide Talwalkar 1/2

2.WP636.2025.DOC the application for further investigation in accordance with law and thereafter, proceed with the trial with Special Case No. 175 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible.
