Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP.

By this Petition, the Petitioner is seeking for expeditiously deciding the discharge Application at Exhibit-24 filed in Sessions Case No.384 of 2023 pending before District and Sessions Judge, Bhiwandi. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submit that, the Petitioner's discharge Application is pending since long. The learned APP submit that appropriate order be passed.

I have heard both learned counsel.

The Petitioner has filed discharge Application on December 2018, since, then it is pending.

Considering these facts, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The Petition is allowed.

(ii) The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhiwandi shall decide the discharge Application filed by the Petitioner below Exhibit-24 within 3 months on its own merits.

(iii) All pending Applications are disposed of.
