In this writ petition, the petitioner prays for the following reliefs:- "a.
To admit this petition.

This Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set aside the charge-sheet and the consequent proceedings arising from Sessions Case No.66/2021 pending before the Court of Ld. Addl. Sessions Judge, Baramati arising from FIR bearing C.R. No.76/2018 dated 30/01/2018 registered with Daund Police Station, Dist. Pune for allegedly having committed the offence punishable under sections 376, 354, 323, 120-B, 504, 506, 509, 452 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under sections 3, 4, 6, 8 and 9 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

That pending the hearing and final disposal of the present petition, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to stay the consequent proceedings arising from Sessions Case No.66/2021 pending before the Court of Ld. Addl. Sessions Judge, Baramati arising from FIR bearing C.R. No.76/2018 dated 30/01/2018 registered with Daund Police Station, Dist. Pune for allegedly having committed the offence punishable under sections 376, 354, 323, 120-B, 504, 506, 509, 452 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under sections 3, 4, 6, 8, 9 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

That pending the hearing and final disposal of the present petition, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Trial Court to not to frame charge in respect of Sessions Case No.66/2021 pending before the Court of Ld. Addl. Sessions Judge, Baramati arising from FIR bearing C.R. No.76/2018 dated 30/01/2018 registered with Daund Police Station, Dist. Pune for allegedly having committed the offence punishable under sections 376, 354, 323, 120-B, 504, 506, 509, 452 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under sections 3, 4, 6, 8, 9 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

Interim and ad-interim reliefs in terms of prayer clauses (c) & (d) herein above may kindly be granted to the petitioner herein."

Mrs. Mahalaxmi Ganapathy, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that cognizance of the offence has been taken by the Court concerned.
3. In view thereof and considering Rule 2(II)(h) under Chapter I of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this criminal application with liberty to file fresh petition/application, if so advised.
