By this Petition, the Petitioners seek cancellation of the firearm license granted by the Respondent No.1 in favour of the Respondent Nos.2 and 3. A direction is also sought to the Respondent No.1-Dindoshi Police Station, Mumbai to take preventive action against the Respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Ms. Kaushik, learned APP, on instructions, states that the Respondent No.1-Dindoshi Police Station has sent a proposal to the appropriate Authority seeking cancellation of the Firearm License Gaikwad RD 1/2
13-wp-674-2025.doc granted in favour of the Respondent Nos.2 and 3. Learned APP, on instructions, states that, if necessary, the police will take appropriate steps against the Respondent Nos.2 and 3, in accordance with law. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the Petition.

We make it clear, that we have not gone into the allegations made by the Petitioner and as such keep all contentions of all parties open.

The Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
