The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has not at all acquired Nirmal Lifestyle Limited and the petitioner has been unnecessarily dragged in the complaints, which arise out of transactions with Nirmal Lifestyle Limited.

The learned Counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 - original complainants submits that inadvertently the complainants have sought impleadment of the petitioner as an accused in CC No.SS/930/2018 and CC No.SS/2484/2018. The leaned Counsel, on instructions, submits that, respondent Nos.1 and 2 - original complainants have no objection to allow the petitions in terms of prayer clause (A).

In view of the aforesaid submissions, both the petitions stand allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).
