By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to grant the petitioner extension of parole leave for a further period of seven days i.e. extend the time to surrender from 28th January 2025 to 4th February 2025.

Learned APP on instructions states that the petitioner's application has been considered by the appropriate authority and that the appropriate authority will be passing an order today during the course of the day and the same will be communicated to the petitioner also during the course of the day. She states that the parole leave is going to be extended by a period of seven days. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
