This petitioner is seeking a limited direction for the expeditious disposal of the criminal revision application, bearing No.100 of 2024, which is currently pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi, Mumbai.

Given that the matter arises under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, and that the revision application has remained unheard for the last one year, the learned Additional Sessions Judge is requested to accelerate the hearing of the revision application and decide it on its own merits and in accordance with the law.
