dtg 2-Wp-746-2025.doc 75,000/- each, totalling to Rs. 2,25,000/- with the Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare Fund. They produced on record the relevant documents in support of their claim.
2) Learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 tendered across the bar praecipe dated 11th July 2025 along with a photocopy of the RTGS receipt issued by the Axis Bank indicating that, the said cost of Rs. 1,00,000/- has been deposited in the account of Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare Fund.
3) In view thereof, directions issued vide Order dated 12th June 2025 are complied with.
4) Removed from board.
