By this petition, the petitioner has challenged non-bailable warrant order issued by learned Special Court against the petitioner. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing charge-sheet, summon was not served upon the petitioner. Without service of summons, non-bailable warrant is issued against the petitioner. He further submitted that the petitioner was serving at Nagpur when the non-bailable warrant was issued. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner undertakes to attend the Court dates regularly. Hence, requested to allow the petition.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel, I pass following order :
O R D E R
1.
The petition is allowed.
2.
The orders dated 19th December 2024 and 10th January 2025 passed by learned Special Court issuing and re-issuing nonbailable warrants against the petitioner in Special ACB Case No.153 of 2020 are quashed and set-aside.
3.
The petitioner shall attend Court dates regularly. If the petitioner fails to attend the Court date, the Trial Court may pass appropriate order against the petitioner. The petition stands disposed of in above terms. (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.) 2/2
