The aforesaid matters have been listed today, as inadvertently the costs that were directed to be paid, was not mentioned in the order dated 12th February 2025, whilst disposing of the aforesaid petitions.

Learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent No.2-Viacom 18 Group, do not dispute that costs were awarded, however, the same is not mentioned in the order dated 12th February 2025.

Accordingly, the following paras be added after para 12 in the order dated 12th February 2025:- "13.
