No. 898 of 2024 pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Vasai, District Palghar, arising out of CR No. I 300 of 2023, dated 18th September 2023, under Sections 326, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2) Taking into consideration the grievous injury suffered by the Respondent No.2 on his parietal bone with depressed fracture and extra axial 1/2
