Both the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, as well as, for the Respondent No.2 jointly make a statement that the parties are willing to explore a possibility of settlement through mediation. Therefore, we are inclined to refer the parties for mediation. In the meantime, some order is necessary regarding custody and access of the children.

Hence, the following order:

O R D E R

i) Both the parties, either themselves or through their representatives, shall approach the mediation center of this Court on 03.03.2025; at 11:00a.m.

ii) The officer in-charge of the mediation center shall appoint a suitable Mediator from their panel to make an attempt to bring about the settlement between the parties.

iii) To enable the mediation process to progress smoothly, we are adjourning the matter to 24.04.2025.

iv) Till then, by way of ad-interim arrangement there shall be following conditions for custody and access of the children.

1. The Respondent No.2 shall retain the custody of the children.

2. The Petitioner shall have exclusive access to both the children on every Tuesday and Thursday between 4:00p.m. to 7:00p.m.

3. In addition, the Petitioner shall have exclusive access to both the children on every Sunday between 10:00a.m. to 1:00p.m.

v) The parties shall ensure that the children attend their school peacefully without any disturbance. vi) This arrangement shall continue till 24.04.2025. vii) Stand over to 24.04.2025.
