In this case, vide the Order dated 20/06/2025, we had directed the Respondents to produce the Petitioner's niece before the Court on 10/07/2025 at 03:00 p.m. Till today, the Order is not complied with. The stand taken by the Respondents is that, the missing girl is living happily with her husband. The Petitioner is disputing this fact and learned Counsel for the Petitioner expressed the apprehension that the Petitioner's niece could be under some kind of pressure.

2) Considering this apprehension, we again direct the Respondents to produce the Petitioner's niece before this Court on 13/10/2025 at 03:00 p.m. in the Chambers.
