This is a petition for writ of habeas corpus. Vide the order dated 07.10.2025, we had directed the Respondents to produce the Petitioner's niece before this Court today at 3:00p.m. in the chambers.

Learned APP has submitted a report dated 13.10.2025. It is taken on record. It is mentioned in the report that the Petitioner's niece who was directed to be produced in the Court is pregnant for eight months and she is not in a position to travel. Digitally signed by VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE Date:

She is also apprehending some harm to herself, to her husband and to her unborn child. Therefore, she is not present before the Court.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner does not want to come in the way of life of her niece. She would be satisfied if her niece's safety is shown to her satisfactorily. She is desirous to have a video conferencing conversation with her niece.

The Officers of Malegaon Camp police station are present in the Court. They are in a position to arrange for video conferencing between the Petitioner and her niece. 5.

Considering this reasonable stand taken by the Petitioner, the Legal Services Authority of this Court is requested to make an arrangement to have a video conferencing conversation between the Petitioner and her niece between 4:00p.m. to 5:00p.m. today. This urgent order is passed because the Police officers of Malegaon Camp Police station are present in the Court. 6.

Further orders and directions can be passed after this

meeting takes place. The matter be kept back at 5:00p.m. today in the chambers.
