In this Petition, the learned APP has filed a police report mentioning that the missing girl had given a statement that she had left the Petitioner's company voluntarily and has married one Sachin. She was an adult and she was voluntarily staying with the said Sachin.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner disputes this fact. She seeks leave to file additional affidavit in respect of report submitted by the learned APP.
