This Petition for a writ of habeas corpus in respect of 20 year old niece of the Petitioner. The order dated 07/05/2025 records that the learned APP had filed a police report mentioning that the missing girl had given a statement that she had left the Petitioner's company voluntarily and had married one Sachin. She was an adult and she was voluntarily staying with Sachin.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner disputed that fact and sought to file additional affidavit. Accordingly, the additional affidavit is filed raising doubt about the investigation and about the claim made by the police H. C. Shiv 1/2

In view of the reservations expressed by the Petitioner, we direct the Respondents to produce the Petitioner's niece before the Court on 10/07/2025 at 3.00 pm.
