The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that they are seeking limited relief, requesting the Revisional Court to expeditiously decide Miscellaneous Application No.2402 of 2024, filed by the petitioners.

The learned Counsel for respondent No.2 has no objection to the expeditious disposal of Miscellaneous Application No.2402 of 2024, which is pending before the Revisional Court. In view of this, the learned Additional Sessions Judge/ Revisional Court is requested to expedite the hearing of the pending application and decide it on its own merits in accordance with the law. 5.
