Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners are ready to deposit 15% of the cheque amount in all Petitions concerned, as directed by the trial Court vide Order dated 10/10/2023 on or before 26/11/2025. Further, she submits that if a chance to crossexamine the Complainant is allowed to the Applicant, the Applicant is ready to conduct the case on day-to-day basis. 2) The aforesaid statement is accepted as an undertaking to the Court.
