We have heard the Respondent No.4 in person who expressed her willingness to handover the custody of the child of the Petitioners to them. She categorically make a statement that since January, 2025 she had insisted that the child should be taken by his parents but there was a failure to take any action and she has no difficulty in handing over the custody of the child to the Petitioners.

2) We direct the presence of the child tomorrow i.e., on 10/12/2025 at 02:30 p.m. in the Chamber and since we are informed that the child is going to reside with the Petitioner No.1 - mother, she shall also remain present in the Court tomorrow.
