After hearing learned Advocate for respective parties, this Court is of the prima facie view that, the issues involved in Petition and allied litigation predominantly between Petitioner No.1 and Respondent No.2 can be resolved amicably.
1.1 We therefore requested learned Advocate Mr. Subhash Jha, a Senior Advocate by standing, at the Bar, to act as a Mediator in the present case. Mr.Jha gracefully acceded to the request of this Court. 1/2

We accordingly appoint Mr. Subhash Jha as a Mediator to make an endeavor to resolve the issues involved in present Petition and allied litigation predominantly between Petitioner No.1 and Respondent No.2. 3.
Learned Advocate for the respective parties are directed to seek prior appointment of Mr. Jha and fix a date for mediation. 4.
