It is stated therein that, he made serious endeavor to explore the possibility of settling the disputes/differences, however despite spending more than two hours, an amicable settlement could not be arrived at between the parties. That, the mediation did not fructify in the parties resolving their disputes/differences amicably. The said Report is taken on record.
