However, he submits that the said proceedings bearing C.C. No.145/DV/2024 have been disposed of by order dated 15th September 2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate (First Class), 71st Court, Bandra, Mumbai below Exhibit-1 in C.C. No.145/DV/2024. 2.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition has become infructuous and disposed of as such.
