P.C.:- 1) Mr. Singh, learned Special PP appearing for the Respondent No.1-UOI tendered across the bar a photocopy of communication dated 2nd February, 2025, addressed to him by the Inquiry Officer. 1.1) In the last paragraph of the said communication, it is stated that, "at present Crime No.25 of 2025 under Section 143 of Railways Act is no longer exists in the crime record of RPF Post Miraj." 1/2

ssm 2 14-wp898.2025.doc 2) Learned Special PP is unable to explain the said sentence. 2.1) We therefore direct the Principal Chief Security Commissioner of RPF to file his detailed Affidavit placing on record the relevant provisions for 'non-existence' on lodgment of a crime.

2.2) The said Affidavit be filed within a period of one week from today.

3) Stand over to 1st August, 2025.
