Heard learned Advocate Sathe for the Petitioner. Initially noncognizable offence is registered, however, later on the proper complaint is filed consisting of allegations relating to cognizable offence. Learned Magistrate called for a police report. It does not favour the allegations in the complaint. Still learned Magistrate issued a process for the offences under Sections 452 and 506(ii) r/w Section 34 of the IPC.

These grounds can be raised in a revision to be filed before the Sessions Court. Mr. Sathe tried his level best to convince me that

He wants to place reliance on the judgments. Stand over to 1st August 2025 on supplementary Board.
