Mr. Prathmesh Bhosale, the learned counsel for the petitioner refers to the order dated 6th August 2025 passed in Bail Application no.1042 of 2025, which records that the petitioner has been granted bail on the ground of non-compliance of Section 50 of the Code of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973.

In view thereof, Mr. Prathmesh Bhosale, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives in this writ petition and the same has been rendered infructuous.
