We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the Petitioner. We expressed our disinclination. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions from the Petitioner, who is present in the Court hall, that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition. In the event the Hon'ble Supreme Court lays down the law that one of the Accuseds can approach the Court under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, and seek quashing of the FIR by consent, only to his extent (only 1 of the accused), the Petitioner may approach this Court once again.

The Petitioner assures the Court that his conduct in the future would be clean and he would never ever try to trouble the Complainant and he would not give the Complainant any opportunity to lodge any further complaint against him for any of his future acts.
