The petitioner prays for the following reliefs: - "a.
That this Hon'ble court be pleased to issue a appropriate order, writ order in favour of the petitioner and may kindly quash the C. R. No. 453 of 2024 for offence punishable u/s 376, 376 (2) (n), 420 of IPC registered with Turbhe MIDC Police Station. of Indian Penal Code, on such terms as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper. b.
That pending the hearing and final disposal of the present Petition this Hon'ble Court maybe pleased to direct the Respondent to not to file Charge sheet in respect of FIR bearing C. R. No. 453 of 2024 for offence punishable u/s 376, 376(2)(n), 420 of IPC registered with Turbhe MIDC Police Station."

Mr. Shailesh Chavan, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that cognizance of the offence has been taken by the Court concerned. In view thereof, he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail of appropriate remedy as available in law to the petitioner.
