Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for respondent No.1 and learned APP for respondent No.2-State. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will deposit 20% of the compensation amount before the Sessions Court within three days from today.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submitted that liberty be granted to respondent No.1 to withdraw the said amount. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection if the said amount is withdrawn by respondent No.1.

Considering the above facts, respondent No.1 shall file an appropriate application before the Trial Court for withdrawal of the amount.

Stand over to 6th March 2025.
