Learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 submits that he wants to file Affidavit in reply.

By a previous order dated 04.03.2025, the Respondent No.1 was directed to produce their son in the Court. Learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 submitted that the Respondent No.1 had filed Anticipatory bail application before the Sessions Court in respect of the F.I.R. lodged by the petitioner herein. anticipatory bail application was rejected. He has approached this Court and today he has filed anticipatory bail application before this Court. Therefore, he is apprehending his arrest, and in this situation, he could not bring the child to the Court today. He seeks reasonable time to comply with the order dated 04.03.2025. 3.

Learned counsel for the Respondent No.1, on instructions, states that irrespective of any order which would be passed in the anticipatory bail application before this Court, on the next occasion, the Respondent No.1 shall produce the child before the Court. He requested that the matter be taken up in the chambers considering the sensitive nature of the allegations and the counter allegations.

Considering this situation, today we are adjourning the matter with certain directions.

Hence, the following order:

O R D E R

i) The matter be listed on 27.03.2025; at 4:30p.m. in the chambers.

ii) On that day, the Respondent No.1 shall produce the child before the Court as stated by his learned counsel.
