The petitioner is seeking the following reliefs in the writ petition:- "(a) That the Writ Petition be admitted and allowed. (b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set aside FIR No.1067 of 2024 dated 20/12/2024 for the offences punishable u/s.354 and 376 of IPC, which came to be registered by the Shivaji Nagar Police Station.
(c) Pending the hearing and final disposal of the present Petition, the investigation by Shivaji Nagar Police Station in FIR No.1067 of 2024 dated 20-12-2024 may be stayed.
(d) Interim and ad-interim reliefs in terms of prayer clause (b) & (c) be granted;
(e) For such and other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances;"

Mr. Vinayak J. Bhanushali, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to move before the learned Single Judge. 3.
Writ Petition No.1104 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail of the remedy as may be available in law.
